This is an honest status surface — not a multi-region health dashboard or Statuspage clone. Public Maguyva MCP availability is best-effort. Our terms do not publish an uptime SLA.

Updated July 17, 2026. Facts only: what we publish, what /live actually shows, and how to reach us when something looks wrong.

tl;dr — Public Maguyva MCP access is best-effort. There is no published multi-region uptime SLA for self-serve Maguyva. Check /live for live agent ops telemetry, try https://maguyva.tools/mcp for the public MCP endpoint, and contact support@maguyva.ai or security@maguyva.ai for incidents. The marketing site is static on Cloudflare Workers and is generally available when DNS resolves.

1. What This Page Is (and Is Not)

This page explains how Maguyva availability works today and where to look when something fails. It is not a third-party status portal, not a historical incident ticker, and not a promise of 99.x% uptime. We do not invent SLA percentages or multi-region health maps we do not operate publicly.

2. Current Availability Model

Self-serve Maguyva is best-effort. Our Terms of Service state that we do not offer a formal uptime SLA on self-serve plans. Service availability can vary by plan and by the infrastructure behind the product. If you need contractual uptime commitments, that is not what the public self-serve surface documents today — contact support to discuss enterprise needs rather than inventing them from this page.

3. How to Check Right Now

Use these live surfaces and contacts — none of them is a multi-region health probe:

  • /live — public agent operations telemetry (dispatches, tool calls, faults). It shows what the fleet is doing, not a published multi-region product health matrix.
  • https://maguyva.tools/mcp — the public Maguyva MCP endpoint. If your client cannot connect, that is a stronger signal than this static page.
  • security@maguyva.ai — security issues and vulnerability reports (also /.well-known/security.txt).
  • support@maguyva.ai — general product and availability questions.

4. Marketing Site (maguyva.ai)

The public marketing site is static content delivered via Cloudflare Workers (edge CDN + DNS). When DNS resolves and the edge serves the site, the marketing pages are generally available. That does not imply Maguyva MCP, indexing, or account APIs are healthy — those are separate service surfaces.

5. Incidents

We do not publish a separate public incident history feed on this site. If you believe Maguyva is degraded or down:

  • Confirm connectivity to https://maguyva.tools/mcp from your MCP client
  • Check /live for obvious fleet-wide silence or fault spikes (telemetry context, not a formal incident declaration)
  • Email support@maguyva.ai for product/availability issues
  • Email security@maguyva.ai for security-sensitive incidents or suspected compromise

We will expand this page when we have a durable public incident process worth linking. Until then, email is the supported channel.
