Terms of Service

Your code stays yours. We get a limited license to index it so Maguyva can answer repo questions, and that license ends when you disconnect the repo or cancel the account.

Effective March 23, 2026. This page covers service scope, billing, acceptable use, and the limits of what the product promises.

1. What You're Agreeing To

By using Maguyva, you agree to these terms. Maguyva is operated by UT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. (Singapore). You must be 18 or older, or authorized to bind your organization.

2. Your Code, Your IP

You own your code. By connecting a repository, you grant us a limited, revocable license to index, parse, generate embeddings from, and serve search results over your source code. This license exists solely to provide the service and ends when you disconnect the repository or cancel your account. We claim zero intellectual property rights over your code or any data derived from it.

3. What You Get

Maguyva provides MCP code intelligence tools: semantic search, symbol lookup, dependency analysis, and structural search across 229+ languages and text-based technologies. Service availability varies by plan. We do not offer a formal uptime SLA on self-serve plans.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Plans are priced per workspace, not per seat: Free ($0), Operator ($19/month), Crew ($49/month), Fleet ($149/month). Billing is monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your billing period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. We will email you at least 30 days before any price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Maguyva, you agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
Index repositories you do not own or have explicit access to
Programmatically abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage controls
Attempt to access data belonging to other customers or bypass tenant isolation

6. Account Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice except in cases of serious abuse. Upon termination, your indexed code data is deleted per our retention schedule (30 days for code data, 90 days for backups).

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free tier users, this cap is $0.

8. Disclaimers

Search results and code analysis are best-effort. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Maguyva may miss symbols, relationships, or code patterns. The service is not a substitute for code review, testing, or security audits.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes and Contact

We will email you at least 30 days before material changes to these terms. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact support@maguyva.ai.
